About Dr Jeanette Chen

Trained in the United Kingdom and Singapore, Dr Jeanette has over 2 decades of experience addressing and treating the various medical issues faced by both pregnant and non-pregnant women. She did her medical undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham and spent 12 years working in major teaching, university and district hospitals in the UK.

Besides treating general obstetric and gynaecological conditions, Dr Jeanette has special interests in contraception, laparoscopic surgery and pregnancy complications. During her 9 years in KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Singapore, Dr Jeanette was very passionate and involved in undergraduate and postgraduate training of medical students, even clinching the Dean’s Award for her passion in teaching and grooming medical students. In addition, she has been a trainer for various postgraduate training courses and has published numerous papers in international journals.

Warmth, sincerity and with lots of tender loving care – that’s how Dr Jeanette treats all her patients, who come from all over the world. Her very bubbly and lively personality which will put you completely at ease is also second to none!
